Elements such as dust and debris need to be properly cleaned from the unit to prevent obstruction to the drains or restriction to the air flow, hence the reason regular maintenance by a skilled professional is advised.

Swift Air Conditioning offers a Preventative Maintenance Program. Our Preventative Maintenance Program is a scheduled service of the equipment performed annually from the date of installation.

One of our trained service technicians will overlook the air conditioning system to ensure that everything is in working order. Filters are checked and cleaned of dust and debris, the main unit is assessed and gas pipes are checked for any leaks. These tasks help to extend the life of the unit as well as the efficiency.

The benefit of partaking in the Preventative Maintenance Program is that we keep track of everything for you. We will contact you when maintenance is due, and schedule in a time and date suitable.

Swift Air Conditioning is a proud participant in the NSW Energy Savings Scheme, offering substantial rebates when you install or replace your air conditioning system with energy efficient models. Enjoy up to $50 off per KW on top brands for both split and ducted systems. Service areas include Sydney Metro, East Sydney Area, and Surrounds.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE: Our comprehensive maintenance service ensures your air conditioning system operates efficiently. This includes cleaning the return air filter media, checking gas pressures, inspecting all flexible ducting connections, and testing zone motor operation. We tighten electrical terminals and perform a final system check before departure. Please note, replacing any filter that is overly dirty or worn out will incur an additional cost.

REPAIR/DIAGNOSIS: The Service Call Fee covers the technician's travel to the site, diagnosing the problem, and if possible, making repairs without needing additional parts. It also includes providing a cost estimate for any parts and labour required for more extensive repairs or system replacement. A general service will be conducted if feasible during the visit.

COIL CLEAN: Our Chemical Coil Clean service is designed to eliminate mould, grime, and any foul odours within your system. The process involves removing all plastic covers and filters from the indoor fan coil, which is then covered and sanitised with an anti-bacterial chemical. All mould and dirt buildup on the coil is meticulously removed. The indoor fan coil is soaked, scrubbed, and thoroughly rinsed with water to eliminate pathogens. After drying, we reassemble and commission the unit, testing it to ensure it operates correctly upon departure.

Service fees begin at $220, inclusive of GST. We provide complimentary quotes for the supply and installation of new systems. Please note, quotes for repairs, which require our technician to utilise tools and diagnose issues, are chargeable. This distinction is important as it often leads to confusion. We aim to clearly communicate these differences to ensure transparency with our customers.
